You can also add strips of meat, tomato, cucumber--the possibilities are endless! We use lavash bread rather than tortillas for a lighter taste and easier assembly (the lavash bread is rectangular). You can sometimes find lavash bread at Trader Joes and usually at any middle-eastern market.</description>
