We spent our Christmas deep in remodel mode - my husband installing, me and the kids escaping to my parents house! I HATED being displaced, even though I knew I was getting a wonderful new kitchen out of it. I literally didn't know what to do with myself without my PLACE - whenever I have a spare minute or two, I find myself in the kitchen.... without it, I just didn't know what to with myself. BUT now I have a wonderful new kitchen that I adore and I can do lots of wonderful bread-baking there! Keep thinking of the future... C. Dear Marilyn:
