MarilynMoll.com was established in July 2007 to encourage busy moms with homemaking help in the spirit of Titus Two. I have had a lifelong passion for homemaking, bread baking, healthy living, preparedness, the importance of the home, raising Godly children, and the family. The blog has always been and will continue to be my platform to educate and encourage homemakers and busy moms with practical tips, information, recipes, and resources for my readers.
When I originally created this blog, my late husband Duane and I were co-owners of The Urban Homemaker catalog and website www.urbanhomemaker.com. Duane and I were also parents of three homeschooled children, two of whom were high school graduates.
Fast forward to today, I am in a new season of life as a widow and single parent. I am now mother of two college graduates Laura Coble and 2LT Stephen Moll, and a daughter, Mary, who is completing her senior year of high school. I’m also now mother-in-law to Brandon, and grandmother to Job who is expecting a baby brother or sister in March 2012. In God’s goodness – he gives and takes away, life keeps changing.
In April of 2011, I sold The Urban Homemaker to Wayne and Kathy Marsh because I believe they have the vision, the talents and other intangible qualities that I am confident will take The Urban Homemaker to the next level and enable me to move forward with the plans and calling God has placed on my life.
I look forward to connecting with homemakers of all ages with cutting edge, timely and blog posts filled with practical helps and insights as we embrace all that God has for us and our families in all seasons of life.
